Creating a robust program to clearly communicate with affected residents and businesses in a popular and iconic area.

The North Beach Trail Improvement Project increased the safety and mobility of pedestrians and cyclists of approximately two miles of Santa Monica’s beloved beach trail and upgraded nearly one mile of Ocean Front Walk’s pedestrian path. KPA efforts to keep affected stakeholders in the construction zone informed about project milestones set clear expectations and minimized complaints.
