Hands-on events to showcase the benefits of making neighborhoods safer and more welcoming to walk and bike.

KPA assisted in planning “pop-up” demonstration projects so community members could experience first-hand the effects of improvements to support walking, biking and other modes of active transportation. KPA collected community input during the day-long “Tactical Urbanism Events” in both Yorba Linda and Cudahy to improve upon ideas.
