Pivoting from in-person to virtual outreach to bring a project to success

KPA partnered with the City of Los Angles in updating its Floodplain Management Plan to identify and present measures to alleviate potential flooding problems and reduce the loss of life, personal injury and property damage that can result from flooding. To keep the project on track during the pandemic, KPA assisted the project team with moving from in-person meetings to virtual community meetings, providing training to ease the transition
