Project: Parker Center Demolition Project

Client: City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering 

 Serving a diverse community through a multi-faceted approach. 

KPA developed focused outreach targeting the Little Tokyo Community and based on coordination with the Little Tokyo Community Liaison (LTCL) to reach out to businesses, residents, temples, and community organizations adjacent to the project location. The approach was multi-faceted and hands-on, from door-to-door outreach to a multi-lingual construction hotline.

• Stakeholder database management 

• In-person community workshop planning and staffing

• Development of construction notices for website and eblasts

• Construction hotline oversight

• Door-to-door outreach

• Messaging provided in English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish
