Celebrating Creativity: VCTC Student Art Contest Winners Announced!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year when the winners of the Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) student art contest are revealed! For the third consecutive year, KPA partnered with VCTC to coordinate this upbeat project, and we’ve enjoyed every step of the journey.

Five talented young artists from Boys & Girls Clubs throughout Ventura County were selected as winners. Their vibrant artwork, inspired by this year’s theme, “Journeying through our community: Exploring Ventura County by bus,” are now proudly displayed on VCTC’s iconic blue buses for the next year.

KPA team member Nathan Padilla Bowen captured the students’ artwork in the photos and video below. We’re thrilled to celebrate their work and invite the community to look for these five buses on the road!
