The City of Gracious Living

KPA reunited with our long-time partner, KTUA, on the City of Upland’s Mobility Master Plan. During a recent Earth Day Festival, Upland, renowned as the “City of Gracious Living,” showcased its welcoming spirit.

 The KTUA and KPA team engaged with more than 70 community members who shared  thoughtful questions, valuable survey feedback, and enthusiastic support for potential improvements. Truly, “gracious and kind” is the perfect way to describe this vibrant community!
